Perhaps you’ve seen our company name or maybe you’ve watched my episode of The Common Chord by Paragon, People First Innovation in Truss Design. But if we haven’t met, let me introduce myself.
I’m Jarred Frescura, Managing Partner and Director of Design Services for Solutions 4 Design (S4D), and we’ve just entered into a strategic partnership with Dave Walstad, CEO of All Points Technical (APT).
I’ve spent more than 25 years in the construction and building components industry, and throughout that time I’ve gained a deep understanding of the realities our clients face every day — tight production schedules, constant revisions, staffing challenges, and the need for practical, buildable solutions delivered on time.
At S4D, established in 2021, our focus has always been on providing dependable architectural, engineering, and component design support services that truly integrate into our clients’ operations. Our team delivers CAD and Revit drafting, truss design, MEP solutions, and other technical services to clients across the construction and building components industries, with operations based in both the United States and Honduras.
What sets our approach apart is the balance of flexibility and accountability. We’ve built our structure around transparency, communication, and long-term partnership. Our goal is not simply to provide outsourced labor — it’s to become a trusted extension of our clients’ teams by delivering consistent quality, scalable support, and dependable technical expertise that allows them to grow with confidence.
Through our partnership with Dave Walstad and APT, we’ve significantly expanded both our technical capabilities and our global reach.
APT, founded in 2020, brings more than 25 years of offshore technical service experience, particularly in truss design and material takeoffs. Dave Walstad is widely recognized as one of the early pioneers of offshore technical support for the North American construction market, dating back to 2002. APT has built a reputation as an industry leader by developing highly skilled technical teams and scalable support systems tailored specifically to component manufacturers and construction professionals.
Together, S4D and APT are now positioned to provide expanded services in:
- Architectural and engineering support
- Revit and AutoCAD production
- Truss design and modeling
- Deck design
- Material takeoffs
- Rendering and visualization services
- Offshore technical staffing solutions.
By combining our organizations, APT now operates across four countries — the United States, Honduras, Vietnam, and India — providing clients with scalable access to highly skilled engineers, architects, designers, and technical professionals across multiple time zones.
Importantly, both S4D and APT will continue operating under our existing brands while working collaboratively to expand technical service capabilities and global delivery capacity for the industries we serve.
As labor shortages, production demands, and project complexity continue to challenge manufacturers and builders alike, we believe the future of technical services will depend on strong partnerships, scalable support systems, and teams that understand both the technical and operational sides of the business.
We’re excited about what lies ahead and look forward to helping more companies strengthen their operations, increase production capacity, and build with confidence.
