College football paired with cooling weather makes Fall my favorite season. This year, the changing season is a little sweeter than most, given that 2020 has seen more adversity than any recent year – and change is exactly what we all need right now. Hopefully, the coming months will lead us back to a sense of normal, since many have had to juggle personal and professional stresses.

And, much like college football, we’ve all been reminded that the team you surround yourself with is more important than ever.

At Stiles Machinery, we understand the need for a trusting and dedicated team. We have partnered with Weinmann, Hundegger, System TM, MINDA, and Shuler Consulting to better serve and service all of your prefab, volumetric, and solid wood (CLT) needs. Being able to source most, if not all, of your factory equipment with one vender makes the integration simple and stress free.

Whether it is meeting online or on location, we can help guide you with several key strategies that can take your current or new process to the next level:

  1. New Factory Start-Up – Need help with your new plant concept but don’t know where to start? Stiles Machinery can provide assistance through Shuler Consulting. If you already have your concept, then we can assist you by taking it to the next level by providing custom concept plant layouts, line balancing, software guidance, output metrics, and more.
  2. Process Improvements – If you are looking for ways to improve your existing operation, allow us to help pinpoint problem areas with solutions to increase productivity and efficiency. Adding the correct machine or material handler to an operation makes a tremendous impact.
  3. Automation – The hot topic at the moment is automation, but understanding what automation is best for your process is key. Adding the wrong automation can be expensive and devasting to your process flow, whereas adding the correct automation can increase output, safety, and quality while eliminating manpower.

Whether your organization is at kick-off or in the fourth quarter, Stiles Machinery is ready to assist your team in this journey.
