Celebrating its 60th anniversary, Alpine will showcase the latest innovations helping shape the future of component manufacturing at the Building Component Manufacturers Conference (BCMC) and Framers Summit (FS), September 14–18, 2026 in Columbus, OH. At booth #845, attendees can experience live equipment and software demonstrations, designed to help component manufacturers (CMs) operate more efficiently, increase productivity, and remain competitive in an evolving industry. Alpine will also highlight how cloud-based tools are enhancing project management and collaboration by helping teams communicate more effectively and make faster, data-driven decisions.

Attendees will have the opportunity to see the AI-powered Plan Comparison Tool, which quickly identifies differences between plans to reduce review time, minimize errors, and improve collaboration across teams. The Alpine team will also showcase the latest IntelliVIEW Suite enhancements, including Paperspace, Model Groups, and continued iPanel advancements. These new capabilities are designed to help CMs improve project organization, streamline workflows, and enhance design efficiency. “At Alpine, innovation isn’t something we create in isolation; it’s something we develop in partnership with the component manufacturers who depend on us every day. We look forward to sharing what that partnership has made possible,” Mr. Blue added.
Alpine Equipment Innovation
From long-time partners to those new to Alpine, attendees will see firsthand how the company’s latest solutions are advancing equipment performance, reliability, and operational insight through smarter data management. Alpine will highlight new AutoSet Plus Table diagnostic capabilities designed to provide greater visibility into equipment performance, improve uptime, and maximize productivity.
“The new table diagnostics tool gives us the ability to gather and analyze data to inform our customers about the health and condition of their AutoSet Plus Tables, with the ultimate goal of driving operational efficiency,” said Jenai Alexis, Equipment Business Unit Manager.
Live demonstrations will feature Alpine Linear Saw (ALS) 5.0 enhancements, showcasing:
- Automated double-stacking infeed capabilities
- Improved small-component handling
- Enhanced printing functionality
Increased throughput
Expanding the capabilities of the ALS 5.0, Alpine will highlight its integration with the Vekta PackFeeder, developed through a partnership with Vekta USA. Available as an optional extension of the ALS 5.0, the Vekta PackFeeder automatically scans, selects, and feeds timber directly into the saw, reducing manual sorting, minimizing downtime, and improving workplace safety. “Partnering with Vekta USA expands our material handling solutions and helps customers further optimize their operations through increased efficiency and improved labor utilization,” said Alexis.
New Training & Innovation Lab
Attendees can also learn more about the new Equipment Training & Innovation Lab, located in Grand Prairie, TX, which provides hands-on training, opportunities to explore emerging technologies and manufacturing best practices. “The lab was created to provide an engaging learning experience designed to give customers a deeper understanding of Alpine equipment, innovation, and technology. We look forward to welcoming both familiar and new faces at both our BCMC booth and in our new cutting-edge learning facility,” said Alexis.
Supplier-Led Educational Session
Alpine Engineers Bill Krick, P.E. and David Rothweiler, P.E. will present an informative presentation at the show on Tuesday, September 15, at 12:30 p.m. The presenters will translate complex code language into practical guidance for truss designers, engineers, and managers. The session aims to equip attendees with critical insights into building code updates, including changes to wind, tornado, and snow load provisions, and support compliant, efficient, and high-performing component design.
