As you look to finance new or used equipment for your business, look beyond just the interest rate to find opportunity.

Traditional banks may have their “Loan Sales,” but brokers can provide promotions offered by their numerous funding sources that far outshine what a bank can offer.

Recently, we highlighted a “No Pay, Low Pay” promotion. Under this promotion, the borrower was not required to put any money down at the start of financing (as opposed to a first and last payment), and for the first 90 days, only a $99 payment was required! The promotion included transactions as high as $250,000, subject to credit approval.

For those experiencing long lead times in the delivery of equipment, the ability to limit cash flow up-front and a 90-day period with only a minimal payment is a huge advantage.

Promotions are not the only perks that we can offer. There are “everyday” advantages, too. One example is our “Application Only” financing process. It entails a one-page application and providing three months of bank statements. No personal financial statements or debt schedules are required, and approval is often reached in a day.

We invite you to call us at 412 262-3225 to learn about the promotions and lending programs available to you as you consider your borrowing options. Whether you’re new to the business world or a well-established company, we have a lending program for you with the best rates and terms available. We look forward to working with you!
