BCMC 2021 in Omaha, NE gave customers the opportunity to see first-hand the new Triad ProFusion sheathing bridge—Triad’s latest programmable bridge with many new features to provide increased speed and increased flexibility while reducing labor. [For photos, see See PDF or View in Full Issue.]

ProFusion reviews at the show were nothing short of outstanding as the equipment operated at a speed and precision many felt were unmatched. Featuring an unmanned sheathing capability via software design download using a web-based operational platform or CAD/CAM control (customer choice), the lightning-fast speed of the bridge nails a 12’ stud in approximately 2–4 seconds in unmanned mode (variance due to model of gun recovery time). The ProFusion is the perfect fit to go with Triad automated and powered framing and material handling options.

For over 60 continuous years, Triad has helped builders produce hundreds of thousands of homes and multi-family dwellings, on their cutting-edge machinery, making the American Dream a little more affordable for thousands of families.

From customer comments, it was clear that Triad again hit the mark in anticipating industry needs and came up with an economical, common-sense solution during a time of labor shortages all across the industry, whether it be component manufacturers, modular builders, or shed builders.

Over the last 60 years that have passed, the business climate has certainly changed. However, under the same family of ownership, Triad has been the steady companion of builders everywhere.

So, thank you for a great BCMC 2021! We’re already looking forward to BCMC 2022 in Columbus, OH—and we hope to see you there.
