For over 60 continuous years, Triad has helped builders produce hundreds of thousands of homes and multi-family dwellings on our cutting-edge machinery, making the American Dream a little more affordable for thousands of families.

Once again, Triad is proving that we are not only pioneers but leaders by introducing the new ProFusion sheathing bridge—Triad’s latest programmable bridge with many new features to increase speed, increase flexibility, and reduce labor.

ProFusion features an unmanned sheathing capability via software design download using a web-based operational platform or CAD/CAM control (customer choice)—with fastener spacing set by the design software for flexibility of placement. The ProFusion offers a multi-tool twin gantry and is servo-controlled. The lightning-fast speed of the bridge nails a 12’ stud in approximately 2–4 seconds in unmanned mode (variance due to recovery time of gun model used). To assist with air, ProFusion offers 278% more air tank capacity than previous bridge models. To see it in action, watch our online video of the ProFusion Sheathing Bridge in unmanned operation.

ProFusion is able to accommodate and fasten horizontal, vertical, and even staggered sheathing. Each tool on the gantry can tilt independently for seam fastening. There is Auto Sizing Plate Fire, so no need for manual adjustment of guns, and the bridge also auto-nails window openings top and bottom.

ProFusion can easily handle 2x4 up to 2x12 materials, making it as versatile as it is fast. The bridge can be used in conjunction with the Triad Generation III Tables—panels enter and exit tables via powered or manual conveyors per customer specification. The Generation III tables utilize speed motors to adjust for varying wall heights 27% faster than previous models and can be operated either with push-button controls or a key fob. All bridge functions have a semi-automated override in the event of a network outage in a customer’s facility.

Triad’s ProFusion has been designed and programmed fully in-house to ensure complete quality control following Triad’s longtime philosophy of not simply being an assembly shop for components and designs brought from the outside, but to be a full production facility.

Triad’s Gen III framing, squaring, and sheathing tables can be built as short as 16’ in length, up to 80’ in length, and can be built to assist with walls, floors, and ceiling panels from 3’9” up to 20’3” (ProFusion can span this width as well) depending on our customers’ needs.

ProFusion will be unveiled to the building community at BCMC Omaha! We’re in Booth #511—which is conveniently located just to the left of the show entry. Please come view the bridge and have a discussion about Triad’s full line of production products. Learn how we are a preferred builders’ source for automated machine tools for the housing industry, including wood wall panel equipment, steel stud framing tables, stair building machines, window framing machines, material handling carts, and more.
